(Remote) IT Project Manager

About us 

Alteox is a media and IT consultancy company based in Luxembourg (Europe). We assist our customers in acquisition of TV and VOD rights and are developing and operating different white label ICT and VOD products. Our team is remote working.

The Role 

This role requires the successful candidate to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and be responsible for managing projects from a brief to the final delivery on time and budget. You will need to coordinate different stakeholders, be client-focused and have good communication skills as well as organizational and time management skills, to manage both your clients and internal partners whilst always focusing on delivery, quality, process and profitability.

Requirements

Fluency in oral and written English (French, Spanish or German are beneficial)

Experience in managing IT projects with remote stakeholders 

Experience coordinating software development

Experience in working in/with remote teams

Experience in working with agile tools (eg. Trello) 

Strong time management/prioritization/project management skills

Strong numeracy skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented

Client-focused and proactive

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure
