(Remote) Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an assistant to join our remote working team. ‍

About us

Alteox is a media and IT consultancy company based in Luxembourg (Europe). We assist our customers in acquisition of TV and VOD rights and are developing and operating different white label ICT and VOD products. Our team is remote working. 

The Role

This role requires the successful candidate to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business. You will need to have strong administrative skills; good communication, organizational and time management skills and being able to work in an agile way.

Requirements

Fluency in oral and written English.

Fluency in French and/or German is a benefit

Expert in Google Docs

Expert in Data entry

Writing press releases

Replying to e-mails

Testing Websites and Applications

Experience in working with agile tools (Trello, etc)

Can-do attitude
