Spanish RTVE Channel: Star HD comes to PostTV

POST Luxembourg, in partnership with RTVE, is proud to launch the acclaimed high definition Spanish TV channel; Star HD. The Spanish channel by RTVE joins the expanding IPTV platform- PostTV, and is yet another opportunity for POST Luxembourg to increase its content diversity, and create great partnerships.

PostTV is the largest IPTV provider in Luxembourg.

Star HD is a spanish origin high definition channel that mainly broadcasts fiction and entertainment series programs which have achieved national and international success. Its programs series include Aguila Roja, Los Misterios de Laura, Isabel among others, many of which have had international success in the US, UK and France.

Alteox Media Consulting, the exclusive content provider for PostTV, facilitated the partnership between the two parties. Sven Breckler, CEO Alteox, said, ‘We are continuously working to expand the diversity of the content for PostTV.’

RTVE is Spain’s most important public-sector media group and one of the leading producers of high-quality drama, news and entertainment programmes for a worldwide audience. It also provides four international channels: a general entertainment and news channel (TVE Internacional), a news channel in Spanish (24 Horas), a theme channel for Spanish drama (Star HD), and a children’s channel (Clan).
